Standard Production Time: 7-10 business days from approval of proof.

Payment Terms:

• Net 30 days for distributors with established credit. Late payments subject to a charge of 5% per month. New accounts prepaid by bank check or Visa/Mastercard/Discover.

Shipping & Handling Fees:

• We ship UPS Ground FOB ME unless otherwise specified. Factory not responsible for loss or damage in route. All claims should be filed with carrier immediately.

• All shipments on UPS subject to $4.00 handling fee per box
• All shipments on FedEx subject to $9.00 pick up and handling fee per box
• Residential delivery fees charged by FedEx or UPS will be added to invoice. These are typically $3.00 per box
• Shipping fees will be charged based on actual charges from carrier

Cancellation:

• Standard orders will not be charged if cancellation occurs before production. Post production all charges are due. Special orders subject to material and service charges pre production.
